Hot and cold water system

for energy efficiency and optimal batch cooking processes

Using the hot-cold water systems is greatly beneficial, for generating energy efficiency as well as for enhancing process control with respect to the direct use of steam as heating medium.

With hot / cooling water, the desired heating / cooling temperature in the double jacket and agitator can be regulated much more precisely. This reduces temperature shocks and as a result the material stresses, which has a positive effect on the service life of the equipment.

Especially in horizontal mixing systems, hot-cold water systems offer optimal conditions for realising the highest product quality and for preserving the lumpiness of the products.
