Boiling, cooking is conducted in a horizontal cooker with heated mixing device and jacket. Subsequently, the product is thickened in a vacuum evaporator and, during that time, it is also possible to cook another batch in a horizontal cooker. The thickening process entails an efficient, very gentle heating method without a mixer. The main purpose is to create the optimal level of lumpiness of the product.
