The two-stage industrial cooking plants comprise two process vessels. The first one for the cooking process and the second for cooling the product. The two-stage cooking plants are particularly suited for medium to large volumes. It is possible to choose between horizontal and vertical cookers as well as coolers in 4 different combinations. All variations are suitable for processing lumpy products.
