Energy efficiency though vacuum forming process

Under conditions of vacuum, the boiling temperatures for the liquid phase (water) in the process of thickening or cooling of products are lower corresponding to the estimated vacuum. As a result, more exhaust vapours are formed, which are liquefied through a condenser. Thereby, the products can be thickened or cooled more efficiently under the short-term influence of the mechanical shearing forces. Apart from shortening process times, this also has positive effects with regard to product quality and preserving the lumpiness of the product.
