KASAG constructs batch cooking apparatuses and plants to accommodate batch volumes ranging from 100 to 7,500 litres. For smaller batches, ranging from 250 litres to approx. 700 litres, we offer not only custom-made plants but also standardised cooking modules. These cooking modules are particularly suitable for smaller production quantities, for optimizing production processes, or as pilot plant. The different components are built on a rack to simplify transportation and enable short installation times.
