KASAG manufactures batch cooking apparatuses and plants for batch volumes ranging from 100 to 7,500 litres. For small batches between approximately 250 litres and 700 litres, we offer not only customized plants but also standardized cooking modules. These cooking modules are particularly suitable for smaller production quantities, for development production processes or as pilot plant. The different components are built on a rack to simplify transportation and enable shorter installation times.
