KASAG Export AG has handed over its activities in caustic soda recovery plants to VSMC GmbH. The staff of Kasag with experience in CSR plants has been transferred to VSMC. They continue to care for the caustic recovery. This is all they have ever been doing, and therefore they know it well. They also understand textile finishing, specifically mercerizing, and are therewith the right partner for your caustic soda recovery plant and mercerizing accessories.

KASAG Export is now working on other business oppertunities. I am presently a member of the management of the SANTEX GROUP, taking care of Business Unit CAVITEC / SANTEX NONWOVEN.

My educational background is in chemical engineering, with an M.Sc. from ETH Zurich, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. After my years as a process engineer and section manager with Ems-Inventa AG, a well known Swiss engineering company in the field of man-made fiber, I spent 11 years in Asia (Singapore, Taiwan, Korea) as country manager of trading group Cosa Liebermann, selling capital goods to the local industry, including the representation of many top class European textile machinery manufacturers. Before joining KASAG as majority shareholder and General Manager, I was with Benninger Switzerland, as Vice President responsible for the business unit textile finishing machinery.
