Caustic Soda Recovery Business handed over to VSMC-Kasag

TRANSFER OF CAUSTIC SODA RECOVERY BUSINESS

KASAG has transferred the activities for caustic soda recovery plants,
accessories, and spare parts to VSMC-Kasag.

VSMC now with the same people design, plan and build the caustic soda recovery
plants according to the KASAG System, in the same manner and with the same
proven quality standard. Engineering is supervised by Rudolf Lehmann, who has
been doing it for many years with KASAG and whom most of you know already.

VSMC can also count on other people involved in the Kasag plant business.
Sales activities and all commercial matters will be handled by Viktor Ammann,
the owner of VSMC GmbH. He has long years of experience with Benninger Textile
Finishing.

All technical documents and pending offers have been handed over to VSMC, so
that a continuation of the business is ensured.
